Welcome! I am Daniel Morneau,
and I founded Vacanza Bella in 1986. I think, in fact,
that we’ve been renting vacation villas longer
than anyone else in the US who works exclusively with
Italy holiday homes.

How do Vacanza Bella’s Italian
vacation rentals work? It’s remarkably simple: Peruse
the descriptions. If you see a place you like, either send
me an email via the Contact
page. Or pick up the phone call me at 415-554-0234. I
live much of the time in Rome which allows me to keep close
tabs on all my properties. Plus, as you’ll find out in
the About Us section of
this site, I work essentially alone, along with my wonderful
assistant, Martha Quaresma, based in San Francisco. Sometimes,
if you phone, you’ll receive a voicemail announcement.
If so, please do leave a message with both your home and work
phone numbers and also your email address, being sure to spell
it out carefully. I will return your call or your email message
promptly, usually within 24 hours, often within a few minutes.
I don’t like to work entirely
by email, especially when you’re close to making a decision
on a particular property. At least once or twice, perhaps
more frequently, I’ll want to speak with you personally
to make absolutely certain that the Italian holiday home you’ve
selected is right for you and your needs. Renting a villa
in Italy is a tricky business. Each Italy vacation rental
property is different, and each of you is different. I want
to hear your voice and hear what it is you’re looking
for. I don’t want you to stay in any old place.
So peruse; ponder; make some tentative
choices; and then send me an email or give me a call. I look
forward to communicating with you.

what Vacanza Bella is not: We are not a travel agency.
We do not rent cars. We do not do home exchanges.
We do not arrange hotels. We do not plan trips.
We do not do France, Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean,
or any other country.
Vacanza Bella’s sole and
only purpose in life is short-term self-catering vacation
rentals in Italy.
