We cannot add anything new to what has been written about Florence over the past 500 years. Suffice it to say that it is a wonderfully walkable place, as the historic center is flat and concentrated in a small area. Florence also makes and excellent base for daytrips to absolutely everywhere in central Tuscany, either by train or by bus. All of our vacation apartments in Florence are located in the absolute center of the city.

Sporti	2-6	Piazza Santa Croce, an entire palazzo with many flats for short-term rental, one-, two-, and three-bedroom. We are familiar with all of them in detail and can tell you which are the best. Some with spectacular terraces, all with A/C.
Borgo Pinti	4	2BR, 2BA. Near the Duomo, truly elegant luxury flat with frescoed ceilings and air-conditioning. Good for two couples.
Casa Rosa	4	2BR, 2BA, terrace. In Bellosguardo, overlooking Florence with spectacular views of the Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio from the grounds. Ideal for both Florence and surrounding countryside. Parking, air-conditioning.
Verrazzano	5	3BR, 2BA. Near Santa Croce, charming, very spacious flat with a baby grand piano in the living room. Great for a family or two couples.
Ponte Vecchio	6	3BR, 2BA. Practically on the Old Bridge itself, a roomy flat for a family or for 2+ couples, truly spectacular view over the Arno.
